What We Do
Julie came to see me with chronic knee pain due to running especially when going downhill. Analysis of her technique and movement revealed too much pressure on the knee due to the impact of over stride and the fact that her hip musculature were very inactive when running meaning the muscles and tendons around the knee were taking the strain. 6 sessions later, with no pain, she was stunned to see how she looked like a runner now.
What We Do
Jack came to see me after a referral from his GP. He was struggling with his running a year on from setting a 16 minute 5k PR. In part due to poor technique and part extended time spent sitting for his school studies he had become very quad and calf dominant which was resulting in a laboured tiring running action. Within 6 weeks Jack was back enjoying full training with the potential to go even faster for less effort.
